Good morning, allow me to introduce myself, my name is Robert Moore, license Real Estate Broker, Property Manager, Business Broker, and Loan Officer. My present Corporate Brokers Agreement will be expiring soon and I’m seeking new employment as a Corporate Broker for a Real Estate Sales, lease, and/or management company in need of a Corporate Broker.

Presently I own and operate a Real Estate School and a license instructor the Nevada Mortgage Broker Association. I’m also the Corporate Broker LLC for a real estate property management company. My duties as Corporate Broker addressed the legal licensing of all real estate agents, supervising internal policies, procedures regarding Real Estate sales transactions. Also compensated as an employee for the managing all aspects of the property management. This consisted of establishing Owner and Tenant Contract Kits, Banking and accounting systems, managing the general ledger, online banking, online accounts payable system and summarizing all transactions in Yardi account software. Also package and present annual Real Estate Divisions property management audits.

I first got involved in being a Corporate Broker in 2005 when I was hired by a Real Estate Franchisee to be the company’s broker until the owner got license. I was responsible for all real estate licensing process, setting up and managing residential sales time line and transaction process and procedures and providing ongoing sales and license renewal education.

I’m in excellent physical condition, can walk a mile and half in 20 minutes, my wife and I dance 20 hours a week, we live in our new home of one year in Solera of Stallion Mountain, own another home at Pecos and Desert Inn, and own rent a two bedroom Condo at Black Stallion Condo. We are both on social security and my wife is fully retired. I still need to get up in the morning and have some place of importance to go.

I’m not a smoker, never done drugs, have class a wine at bed time, don’t gamble and lived in Las Vegas since 1961 after graduating from Ritenour High School in St Louis Mo. Completed four years in the United States Navy, honorable discharged in 1965, and spent 20 years in Silicon Valley as young engineer that did not become a millionaire.
