I want to note the new address above, we moved a few
doors south to the three story building on the North East corner of East
Flamingo Rd. and South Pecos Rd. Remember it use to be the old pink building,
now it brown.

Education
Courses
Our Real Estate School continues to offer all your Continuing
Education Home Study Courses and we complete the Renewal
Application #580 and Course Transmittal #608 forms.
For new licensee’s we offer the 90 Hours Pre-Licensing Home Study
Course. For the agent wanting to up
grade to Broker-Salesman or Broker we offer a 21 day program that
brings you though the State Exam, 45 hour Broker Management Course, the
Application, Active Office and Financial Solvency Test. For first year
licensee’s expiring in 2007 will require 30 hours live Post Licensing Education.
Monday
though Friday between the 10:00am and Noon is open registration,
just come on in and we will get your package ready for you. Monday though
Friday at 10:00am is scheduled for course final exams. You also have the
option to take the final exam via a proctor/fax and if you can
not make it to our office we will ship your package to you at no
additional cost.
Due
Diligence NAC 645.600 makes the Broker responsible for teaching real
estate principals and ethics. Our non-accredited on-site Due
Diligent Seminar is offer quarterly and held in your office. The
Seminar runs about two hours and address key case history of the Real Estate
Commission Hearings and What Happening in Law?
On
Site CE’s with a minimum of 5 students we will
deliver the Home Study Courses on a Wednesday at 3pm and return the
following Wednesday at 3pm to administrate the final exam and issue
Certificates.

Business Work Shop is non-accredited and meets every Monday from
8:00am to 9:30am. Addresses How to Find New Business! Come in any Monday
and take a free look!
Contact
Sources is non-accredited and meets every Tuesday
from 8:00am to 9:30am. Address the 645 Family Know How to Make
Money! Come in any Tuesday and take a free look!
Customer
Retention is non-accredited and meets every Wednesday
from 8:00am to 9:30am. Address Keeping your Customers and Stop chasing the
Commission checks. Come in any Wednesday and take a free look!
Loan
Officers Continuing Education if you are also license as a
loan officer I instruct a live 8 credit hours the Third Friday of
each month. The Course is approved and accredited by the Mortgage Brokers
Association and the Mortgage Lending Division. Taking my
course will get you additional 3 hours in the class the following Friday for
free!
New
Loan Officers if you are thinking of getting license as a loan
officer before the requirements for pre-licensing education and State exam are
made law take my 10 hour live class NOW! Classes start every Monday
though Friday and meet from10:00am
to Noon. The course gives you the basic education to start making money as
loan officer and packages your registration-licensing application so you are
ready to be hired by our Mortgage Broker of any Broker you desire
to work with.
Corporate
Brokers Registry we provide Registry for
Broker-Salesmen and Sole Owner Brokers that want to be hired by Real Estate
Corporation as the Corporate Broker of Branch Manager. The
service includes full packaging and supervised licensing process.
Property
Management we can make the 24 hour pre-licensing
class available and can provide you with the 3 hour of Continuing
Education to renew your permit. We also offer a non-accredited Work
Shop that meets Sundays at 10:00am. Included is discussion on the Business
Opportunity Broker new permit and education requirements.
Co-Operating
Broker Agreement is offered to all licensees and brokers that do not
provide Property Management Services for single dwelling
residence. As Corporate Broker of Austin Property Management and Real Estate
LLC I would enjoy having the opportunity to meet with you to discuss the
details of our service.
